Here lieth buried ye Body of JOHN BARBER who departed this life Aprill ye 7th 1704 aged ..... Years. He left 2 D*.... Easter(?)

Here also lie ye bodies of his Grandchildren John and Will: Children of Richard and Ann WADDELL.

Also here lieth the Body of RICHARD WADDELL who left Issue one daughter surviving. He departed this life Febr. 10th 1738 Aged 64 Years.

*looks like John BARBER gave oath that John Ledger keeps a victualling house in great disorder. See Longport Street

*was a John BARBER, of Thanington, freeman of Canterbury, labourer, 1760
