The churchyard is on Longport roundabout almost opposite St Augustine's Abbey

March 1953 the appropriation of the disused burial ground in Longport Canterbury as a public open space...

March 24, 1952 - "There are 92 tomstones in this burial ground, those not included in this schedule being broken or in very bad condition. I am enclosing a copy of a statement showing details of those tombstones etc. which are standing and ledgible."

*The church had no burial ground of it's own, and the parishioners used that of St. Augustine's Abbey until 1591, when the ground in Longport was purchased and consecrated
